Grilled Shrimp and Taylor Farms® Teriyaki Stir Fry Kit

This recipe uses Big Green Egg Sweet Kentucky Bourbon Grilling Glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Big Green Egg Sweet Kentucky Bourbon Grilling Glaze
  • 1 Taylor Farms® Teriyaki Stir Fry Kit
  • 1 tbsp grapeseed oil

Instructions

Thirty minutes to one hour before the cook, marinate the shrimp in the Big Green Egg Sweet Kentucky Bourbon Grilling Glaze.

Set the EGG for direct cooking without the convEGGtor at 500°F. Add the Big Green Egg wok to the EGGspander System’s convEGGtor Basket or place directly on the grid. 

Heat the grapeseed oil in the wok. Add Taylor Farms® Teriyaki Stir Fry Kit with the teriyaki sauce. Sauté for about 3-5 minutes stirring frequently. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and add to the wok. Cook for approximately 4 minutes until the shrimp curl and turn pink. Carefully remove the wok from the EGG. Divide the stir-fry to bowls and serve.
