Our goal is to respond to all registration requests within 2 business days, In some cases, we may need additional details, which we’ll request via an email from our customer support team.

That’s it! Once you’ve successfully registered your Big Green Egg, you’ll have access to the Limited Lifetime Warranty on the ceramic parts, setting you up for a lifetime cooking experiences with your Big Green Egg.

What information do I need to provide to register my Big Green Egg?

You will need to provide your name, contact
information, purchase receipt or invoice, how and where you obtained
your EGG, and the serial number of your Big Green Egg.

Is there a deadline for registering my Big Green Egg for warranty coverage?

No, but we recommend registering immediately following a purchase. You will have no warranty coverage until you are registered.  

Do I need to keep my purchase receipt for warranty registration?

Yes, keeping your purchase receipt is essential as you may need to provide
it during the registration process and for any future warranty claims. 

What should I do if I have lost my purchase receipt?

If you have lost your purchase receipt,
contact the retailer where you purchased your Big Green Egg. They may be
able to provide you with a copy of the receipt.

Can I register multiple Big Green Eggs under the same account?

Yes, you can register multiple Big Green Eggs under the same account. Make sure to provide the necessary details for each unit. 

How will I know if my warranty registration has been successfully completed?

Once your registration is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service team at Support@BigGreenEgg.com.

What if my EGG is an older model and does not have a Serial Number?

For EGGs sold before 2016, no serial number or stamp code is required. 

How can I update my email address associated with my warranty?

Reach out to customer support and they can migrate your registration to a new email address. You can only migrate it to an email address of yourself and not of another person. 

Can I register an EGG if I am not the original owner?

Unfortunately, EGGs are registered through their unique serial number with the original owner. We understand that there are certain instances, such as a gift or inheritance, that may occur so please contact our customer service team at Support@BigGreenEgg.com and we can work to find a solution.

Can I register an EGG that wasn’t purchased from an authorized dealer?

Only EGGs purchased from authorized Big Green Egg dealers are eligible for our limited lifetime warranty.

What does “good working shape” consist of?

“Good working shape” means that the grill is fully functional and free of significant damage. While minor cosmetic wear and tear are acceptable, the ceramic shell and all its components (lid, base, firebox, fire ring) are intact without cracks, major chips, or other
damage that impairs its appearance or function.
