Whether you’re smoking, roasting, grilling, or baking, the EGGspander offers versatility and convenience for every cooking style. You can be grilling your meat on one side, roasting your potatoes on the other and leaving your onions to caramelize on the top.

Medium Egg with Conveggtor Basket

Step One: Add the ConvEGGtor Basket

First things first— Start by inserting the ConvEGGtor Basket into your Egg. The ConvEGGtor Basket is the frame for your EGGspander System. It consists of a framework that will essentially provide two levels for surfaces, an upper and a lower.

Step Two: Insert Your Half Moon Surfaces

Once your ConvEGGtor Basket is in place, insert your Half Moon Cast Iron Searing Grid on the upper left, the Half Moon Baking Stone lower right and the Half Moon Stainless Steel Grid upper right. This will allow you to cook directly on one side of the Egg and indirectly on the other. Think grilled chicken on the direct side and the perfect vegetables roasting on the other.

Step Three: Add Your Multi-Level Rack
