Job Description:
Provides general legal support and advice for a corporation, as directed by the General Counsel, through timely responses to inquiries and requests. Coordinates agreements with key strategic partners. Advises, as a subject matter expert, the Law Department, Compliance, Government Relations, and other business units. Advises and provides counsel to senior business clients in connection with sales practice issues and other issues. Negotiates, analyzes, and drafts contracts.
