Step 1
Register Your Egg
We want to make this as easy as possible. Registering your Big Green Egg is quick, and easy. All we need is your Egg ID and your proof of purchase and you’re set for life.
Step 2
Start a Claim
Enter the email you used to register your Egg and upload 2-3 pictures of the broken part. That’s all we need. We’ll get back to you within 2 business days!
Step 3
Approval
Once your claim is approved, you can choose to have replacement parts shipped directly to you (shipping costs may apply) or get them fulfilled at no cost through any local dealer.

Why has the warranty process changed?
You spoke, we listened! The new warranty process is a direct result of listening to feedback from our customers, dealers, and distributors to provide a better experience. We want to give our customers the option to get support on their preferred terms, whether online or in person.
I've registered my Big Green Egg years ago, am I still registered?
If you registered using an email, you are already set up to use the new warranty claim system. If you registered with a paper warranty card, please contact customer support to migrate your registration to the new system. You can check if you’re registered by starting a warranty claim with your email. If your email is recognized, it will show you an overview of all units registered to that email.

Why is warranty registration important?
By registering your Big Green Egg, you ensure your product is covered under our warranty, receive updates and important product information, and get access to special offers and promotions. Product registration is required to receive the limited lifetime warranty on your Big Green Egg.
Is there a deadline for registering my Big Green Egg for warranty coverage?
No, but we recommend registering immediately following a purchase. You will have no warranty coverage until you are registered.
Does the warranty cover both residential and commercial use?
The warranty primarily covers residential use. Commercial use warranty is one year. You can contact Customer Support for more information.
Can I transfer my warranty to a new owner if I sell my Big Green Egg?
No, the warranty cannot be transferred to the new owner. The warranty is only valid for the original owner with proof of purchase.
Does the warranty cover accessories and add-ons for the Big Green Egg?
Yes, accessories and add-ons are covered under their respective warranties, which may vary in duration. Please refer to the warranty terms and conditions for specific details.
