- 1 ea Pizza Dough
- 1 Cup BBQ Sauce – your choice
- 1 Cup Grilled Chicken Breast Cut into small dice
- ¼ Cup Bacon Crumbles
- ¼ Cup Sliced Purple Onion
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- Extra – Ranch Dressing Drizzle
Instructions
EGG SET-UP: Indirect, with Pizza Stone 450° Fahrenheit
** Grill Chicken before adding the pizza stone **
TOOLS & ACCESSORIES RECOMMENDED: Pizza Stone, Pizza Peel, Pizza Cutter
1. Set up BGE as directed and stabilize temperature to 450° Fahrenheit
2. While BGE is coming up to temperature, use the grate to grill the chicken. Allow to cool and dice.
3. Press dough to desired size
4. Spread the sauce and add toppings and cover with cheese
5. Slide the Pizza in the BGE rotate as needed
6. Pull, cut and allow a couple minutes to prevent burning your mouth!
