  1. Tried this for my second ever cook on the Egg. Followed recipe……best grilled salmon I have ever cooked. Will definitely save this one. Had filets for dinner and used the rest for a mixed greens salmon salad for dinner the next day.

  2. I made this tonight for the family. I had a hard time keeping the egg at 350, but I am still new to the BGE. The recipe was simple and easy to follow. Salmon is pretty forgiving and takes so many different flavors. I grilled a new york strip and some asparagus along with the salmon and they all turned out great.

  3. I prepared this last weekend, although I am not a big salmon eater I fixed for my sister. Unbelievable turn out and I now have added this to routine recipe. Simple, delicious and amazing flavor

  4. Being from Alaska, and a former commercial salmon fisherman, I consider myself an accomplished salmon cook . . . With one minor spice variation, this was probably my best salmon ever. Simple, yet an elegant flavor I would serve to anyone.
