Ingredients
- 5 ea Red Tomatoes
- 1 ea Vidalia or Sweet Onion, peeled and cut in half
- 1 ea Cucumber
- 4 ea Corn on the Cob, Shucked
- ยพ Cup Olive Oil
- ยพ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 T Oregano, Fresh Chopped
- 1 T Salt
- 1 T Black Pepper

TOOLS & ACCESSORIES RECOMMENDED:ย Large bowl that will hold all ingredientsย Tongs, Cutting Board, Chef Knifeย
ย 1. Place corn on grill and allow to get colorย
ย 2. Cut onion in half and also place on the grill ย
ย 3. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and place in a large bowlย
ย 4. Slice Cucumbers, adding to bowlย
ย 5. In a bowl add, the apple cider vinegar, oil, oregano, salt and pepper and mix well.ย ** this can be done in a deli container that will allow you to shake, or place in a blender **ย
ย 6. Pull corn and onion off the grill and cut, adding to the bowl.ย
ย 7. Add Vinaigrette and mix thoroughly.ย Place in the refrigerator to cool and serve!ย ย
