Ingredients
- 5 ea Red Tomatoes
- 1 ea Vidalia or Sweet Onion, peeled and cut in half
- 1 ea Cucumber
- 4 ea Corn on the Cob, Shucked
- ¾ Cup Olive Oil
- ¾ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 T Oregano, Fresh Chopped
- 1 T Salt
- 1 T Black Pepper

TOOLS & ACCESSORIES RECOMMENDED: Large bowl that will hold all ingredients Tongs, Cutting Board, Chef KnifeÂ
 1. Place corn on grill and allow to get colorÂ
 2. Cut onion in half and also place on the grill Â
 3. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and place in a large bowlÂ
 4. Slice Cucumbers, adding to bowlÂ
 5. In a bowl add, the apple cider vinegar, oil, oregano, salt and pepper and mix well. ** this can be done in a deli container that will allow you to shake, or place in a blender **Â
 6. Pull corn and onion off the grill and cut, adding to the bowl.Â
 7. Add Vinaigrette and mix thoroughly. Place in the refrigerator to cool and serve! Â
