Cauliflower Steaks

  • 1 large head cauliflower, sliced lengthwise into 2” steaks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Big Green Egg Sweet & Smoky Seasoning


Set the EGG for direct cooking without a convEGGtor at 400°F/204°C.

Coat each side of the cauliflower steaks with the olive oil and then season with the Big Green Egg Sweet & Smoky Seasoning. Place the cauliflower steaks on the grate and cook until desired doneness, about 5-7 minutes on each side.

Enjoy immediately with your favorite sides.
