Grilled Pineapple with Three Chocolate Sauces

Directions

1. Break the dark chocolate into pieces and place in a saucepan. Break the white chocolate into pieces and divide between two small saucepans.

2. Melt the chocolate on the Big Green Egg over gentle heat.

3. Add the red fruit coulis to one saucepan of white chocolate. Add the passion fruit coulis to the other. Stir well.

4. Peel and trim the pineapple, then cut into slices.

5. Grill the pineapple slices on the Cast Iron Plancha. Brush with Grand Marnier liqueur from time to time as they cook until caramelized.

6. Remove the caramelized pineapple from the Egg and cut into chips (fries).

7. Place the pineapple chips in a cone or chip holder, pour the three types of chocolate into small bowls, and serve immediately for dipping.
