Big Green Egg may review custom text before production and may reject or cancel submissions that:

By submitting custom text, you confirm that you have the right to use it. If Big Green Egg cancels your request, we will notify you at the email address provided with your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Materials & Care

Richlite® composite material contains a blend of recycled paper and thermoset resin, compressed under heat and pressure for longevity and durability

Regularly wipe with a damp sponge or with undiluted Murphy’s Oil Soap to clean and maintain Richlite surfaces
Use Howard's Naturals Wood Cleaner and Polish to renew finish
To remove stubborn stains, use a nonabrasive household cleaner
Alkaline soaps (like regular dish soap) will gradually dull the surface
DO NOT use bleach products or abrasive cleaners
