  • 2 Cloves Peeled Garlic
  • Fresh Mozzarella cut into slices
  • 1 ea Roma Tomato, sliced thin

Instructions

Add all ingredients in a blender and blend on slow until desired consistency

Egg Set-Up

Conveggtor, Grill Grate, Pizza Stone, Wedges – 475-500 degrees

Peel, Pizza Cutter

Pizza Method

Lay your pizza dough on the peel, I like to use a little parchment paper on the peel, so everything slides off easily.  Place a little of your Tomato Sauce on the pizza.  Lay some of your Tomatoes, Cheese and Basil.  If you are using BGE Pizza Wedges or closing the dome, watch for possible hot spots and rotate if needed. Approximate cooking time: 10 minutes.
