Grilled Sweet Onion & Peach Salad

  • 1 RealSweet® Vidalia® onion, sliced into 1/2 inch rings
  • 6 oz. baby spinach
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • ¼ cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • Vinaigrette salad dressing, amount as desired


Set the EGG for direct cooking without the convEGGtor at 375°F/191°C; add the Dual-sided Cast Iron Plancha Griddle to the EGG to preheat.

Brush the sliced onions with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill the onion slices and peach until tender, about 7-8 minutes per side. Remove the peaches and onions from the EGG and toss with the baby spinach. Top with goat cheese and drizzle with your favorite vinaigrette salad dressing.
