"Had our Egg for 20 years and still to this day love it and cook on it at least two days a week. My issue was while attempting to clean it up and show it some love , like new gasket and clean the box out etc. noticed a rather large crack in the fire box. Well low and behold, the original location of purchase not only is no longer in the same location, they no longer sell BGE products as well as nothing on file for any previous customers to even make a claim. So, called ACE Hardware and was guided to try and call customer service to see what I could do. Enter "Mike" answering the phone. Mike not only answered every question and concern I had but, fulfilled the warranty process while he had me on the phone with complete professionalism and true concern. Saved me from having to purchase the replacement. Kudos to Mike and a huge thank you. Not only is BGE the baddest cooker in the land, they have the complete package team to back it up! Well done!!!"
