"The capacity of this medium size egg is perfect for most of the cooking we do for 2 people and small gatherings of 4-8 people. It is actually surprising how much food fits on this size. Having the medium size uses less charcoal overall which we like. We have used our egg for Boston butts, pizza, an entire turkey, steak, South Asian street food etc. It holds perfect temperature for slow cooks and we can get it blazing hot for high heat food."
