Half Moon Cast Iron Plancha Griddle

Description

Every coin has two sides. The same goes for the Half Cast Iron Plancha Griddle. The ridged side is excellent for fish fillets or hot sandwiches, while the smooth side is perfect for frying eggs, blinis, or pancakes. Since this cast iron griddle only covers half of the grate in your Big Green Egg, you still have room to grill.

The best way to start your day? A breakfast cooked on the Big Green Egg! Eggs, bacon, pork, sausages, sautéed tomatoes, mushrooms, and a stack of American pancakes served with blueberries. With the Half Cast Iron Plancha Griddle, you can serve all of this in no time.
