"I have had a Genius for two years and I don't trust it. Today, over a 15 min period, it has told me 175 times the pit is open, the pit is closed. It also tells me that my meat is 540deg, and yet there is no meat prob plugged in. Flame Boss (who you must go to for service) doesn't seem to care when you contact them."
"They never operate correctly waste of money. I went through three devices and none of them work properly. What a waste of time and money."
"Stopped connecting to wifi after less than a year"

"BGE was gracious enough to replace our failed unit (significant connectivity issues and Flame Boss was unwilling to actually assist in a meaningful way. BGE stepped up and this unit worked right away and perfectly. Thank you BGE!"
