I Received the wrong item
"I Received the wrong item and was missing 2 items, was told the correct items would be sent out and that was on Monday june 1st, it is now Wednesday June 3rd and nothing has arrived yet, so it doesn't seem like being fast at correcting the mistake is high on the big green egg priority list. I had to cancel a get together I had planned last Sunday due to not receiving the items I needed to complete the band replacement on time, and that is really annoying. I also found out due to my egg being a present from my ex in-laws I will be unable to set up my warranty and will have to pay out of pocket for my cracked fire box and fire ring, so that is a bummer. Anyways those are the issue Im having, thanks for asking, and have a good day."
