Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh tuna, minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Method: Grilling
- Mix tuna with breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, and seasonings.
- Form into sausage-like shapes.
- Set the EGG for direct grilling at 375°F/190°C.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes per side until firm.
- Serve with mustard or dipping sauce.
