Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh tuna, minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. Mix tuna with breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, and seasonings.
  2. Form into sausage-like shapes.
  3. Set the EGG for direct grilling at 375°F/190°C.
  4. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side until firm.
  5. Serve with mustard or dipping sauce.
