- 1 baguette, sliced
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method: Baking
- Set the EGG for indirect baking at 375°F/190°C.
- Toast baguette slices for 3-5 minutes until golden.
- Mix cream cheese, honey, and cinnamon.
- Spread the mixture on each crostini.
- Top with sliced strawberries and chopped pistachios.
- Serve immediately.
