Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup Red Gold® diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Pepper jack cheese and jalapeños for topping

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct grilling at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Mix ground beef, diced tomatoes, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form into four patties and grill for 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Serve on buns with cheese and jalapeños.
