Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup Red Gold® diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and cheese for toppings

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct grilling at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Mix ground beef, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form into four patties and grill for 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Serve on buns with toppings of choice.
