Planked Twinkies

Ingredients

  • 4 Twinkies
  • 1 cedar plank, soaked in water
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

Method: Plank grilling

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 350°F/177°C.
  2. Place Twinkies on the soaked cedar plank.
  3. Grill for 5-7 minutes until slightly toasted.
  4. Drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauce.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
