Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

Method: Baking

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread marinara sauce over the dough.
  4. Top with Parmesan cheese, mozzarella, and pepperoni slices.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
