Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 4 cups arugula
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
Method: No-cook
- In a large bowl, combine arugula, peaches, and avocado.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
- Top with feta cheese and toasted walnuts.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
