Mini Lamb Sliders with Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 6 slider buns
  • 1/4 cup chopped lettuce

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct grilling at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Mix lamb with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form small patties and grill for 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Serve on slider buns with tzatziki sauce and lettuce.
