  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 450°F/232°C.
  2. Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
  3. Add water and olive oil, knead into a dough.
  4. Let dough rest for 1 hour.
  5. Divide into small portions, roll into flat circles.
  6. Grill for 1-2 minutes per side until charred.
