Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Method: Direct grilling
- Set the EGG for direct cooking at 450°F/232°C.
- Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add water and olive oil, knead into a dough.
- Let dough rest for 1 hour.
- Divide into small portions, roll into flat circles.
- Grill for 1-2 minutes per side until charred.
