Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 burger buns
Instructions
Method: Grilling
- Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and cook the turkey patties for 5-6 minutes per side.
- Serve on buns with desired toppings.
