- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 eggplant, sliced
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Method: Indirect baking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/190°C.
- Grill vegetables for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Layer cooked noodles, ricotta, grilled veggies, and marinara in a baking dish.
- Top with Parmesan and bake for 30 minutes.
