Grilled Asiago Rounds

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Method: Griddle cooking

  1. Brush baguette slices with olive oil and sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/190°C.
  3. Grill for 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted.
