Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Method: Griddle cooking
- Brush baguette slices with olive oil and sprinkle with cheese.
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/190°C.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted.
