Baked Sweet Potatoes

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

Method: Indirect roasting

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/190°C.
  2. Rub sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place directly on the grill and roast for 45-60 minutes.
  4. Slice open and top with butter and honey before serving.
