- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
Method: Indirect roasting
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/190°C.
- Rub sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place directly on the grill and roast for 45-60 minutes.
- Slice open and top with butter and honey before serving.
