Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Shrimp

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 slices bacon, halved
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped jalapeños
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct grilling at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Mix cream cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Stuff each shrimp with the mixture and wrap in bacon.
  4. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, brushing with honey.
