- 4 Ea Salmon Filets
- 4 Kaiser Rolls
- 1 lb Bacon Thick Cut
- 4 ea Leaf Lettuce Leaves
- 8 Slices Tomato
- ยฝ Cup Dijon Mustard
- ยฝ Cup Honey
- Tt Salt and Pepper

EGG SET-UP:ย Direct Grill, Grill Grates (cast iron if you have them)ย – 400-450 Degreesย
Tools & Accessories Recommended: Cast Iron Pan, Tongs, Spatula

ย 1. Lay salmon on a plate and dry with a paper towl – season with salt and pepperย
ย 2. Cook bacon in cast iron pan until crispย
ย 3. Place salmon on a seasoned grill grate and close lidย
ย 4. In a small bowl take the dijon mustard and honey and mix wellย
ย 5. Salmon should be ready to turn in 4-5 minutesย
ย 6. Slice and toast the bun on the grillย
ย 7. Spoon the honey mustard mixture on the bottom of the bun, place bacon, salmon, lettuce and tomatoย
