Shaved Asparagus, Brie and Bacon Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Corn meal for dusting
  • 12oz dough ball
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 lb. pack of bacon
  • Round of brie

Instructions

Set the EGG for indirect cooking with the convEGGtor at 450°F.

Add a Baking Stone to preheat; add the flatbread and bake 20-25 minutes, slice and enjoy!
