"I was hoping for much more technique for meats. This book is mostly various recipes one can make just as effectively in the oven or on the stovetop. Frankly the recipes are more akin to a church cookbook or an old Sunrise cookbook - it's pretty dated as well. I might try the newer sanctioned BGE book, but might just stick to Youtube vids. . ."
