Whether you’re hosting friends or firing up the Big Green Egg, this easy pulled pork dip delivers bold taste with a smoky kick.

 

Made with real smoked pulled pork, cream cheese, pepperjack cheese, and green chilies, this hearty dip is perfect served warm or at room temperature. It’s easy to make ahead and even easier to devour—just 10 minutes on the Big Green Egg and it’s bubbling hot and ready to impress.

Pulled Pork Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pulled pork 
  • 8 oz cream cheese 
  • 4 tbsp franks red hot 
  • 4 tbsp Worcestershire 
  • 3 tbsp sour cream 
  • 1 cup shredded pepperjack cheese 
  • ¼ c white onion, finely diced 
  • ¼ c celery, finely diced 
  • 4 oz green chili, strained 

Directions

  1. Once the pork has cooled, set about 1 cup aside.
  2. Add the remainder of the pork into a food processor with the cream cheese, hot sauce, Worcestershire, and sour cream.
  3. Pulse until combined and the pork is a fine texture.
  4. Chop the cup of pork that was set aside to your desired consistency.
  5. In a large bowl combine the pork mixture with the chopped pork, onion, peppers, celery, and chiles.
  6. Serve room temperature or reheat on the Big Green Egg at 400° F/ 200° C for 10 minutes and serve hot.
