2 blocks of halloumi cheese, sliced into 1-inch thick cubes

Directions

Preheat the Big Green Egg for direct grilling to 425°F (218°C) degrees. Skewer on halloumi cheese, zucchini, pepper & onion. Repeat with remaining skewers.
Drizzle skewers with oil. Season with salt, pepper & oregano.
Place skewers on the grill & cook with the lid down until charred on each side, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Transfer to a serving plate & garnish with fresh basil. Serve warm!
