Wild Mushroom and Blue Cheese Stuffed Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup wild mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 burger buns

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct grilling at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Mix ground beef with salt and pepper.
  3. Sauté mushrooms in olive oil until tender.
  4. Form burger patties and stuff with blue cheese and mushrooms.
  5. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side.
  6. Serve on buns with desired toppings.
