Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup wild mushrooms, chopped
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 burger buns
Instructions
Method: Direct grilling
- Set the EGG for direct grilling at 400°F/204°C.
- Mix ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Sauté mushrooms in olive oil until tender.
- Form burger patties and stuff with blue cheese and mushrooms.
- Grill for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Serve on buns with desired toppings.
