Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Method: No-cook
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, onion, and jalapeño.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over slaw and toss to combine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
