Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 4 burger buns

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. Mix ground beef with red onion and taco seasoning. Form into patties.
  2. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. Top each patty with cheddar cheese and melt under the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Serve on buns with salsa.
