Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh surf perch fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Rub fillets with olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and seasonings.
  3. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
