Ingredients
- 1/2 lb cooked steak, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
Method: Griddle cooking
- Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and paprika.
- Butter the hoagie rolls and toast on the griddle at 350°F/177°C.
- Mix steak and shrimp with sauce and place in toasted rolls.
- Serve warm.
