Surf and Turf Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb cooked steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Method: Griddle cooking

  1. Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Butter the hoagie rolls and toast on the griddle at 350°F/177°C.
  3. Mix steak and shrimp with sauce and place in toasted rolls.
  4. Serve warm.
