- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 basil leaves
- 2 tomato slices
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 2 sandwich buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Method: Direct grilling
- Set the EGG for direct cooking at 375°F/191°C.
- Cut a pocket into the chicken breasts.
- Stuff with mozzarella, basil, and tomato slices.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill for 6 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Place on sandwich buns, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and serve.
