- 2 steaks (your choice)
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions
Method: Grilling and sautéing
- Preheat the EGG to 500°F/260°C for direct grilling.
- Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes per side until your desired doneness is reached.
- Meanwhile, sauté onions in butter and olive oil with sugar and balsamic vinegar until caramelized.
- Top the steaks with caramelized onions and garnish with fresh thyme.
