Ingredients
- 4 thin-cut steaks
- 1/4 cup porcini mushroom powder
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup spinach, sautéed
Instructions
Method: Grilling
- Rub the steaks with olive oil, porcini mushroom powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of sautéed spinach in the center of each steak and roll it up.
- Secure with toothpicks and grill for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
