Steak Roll-Ups with Porcini Mushroom Rub

Ingredients

  • 4 thin-cut steaks
  • 1/4 cup porcini mushroom powder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup spinach, sautéed

Instructions

Method: Grilling

  1. Rub the steaks with olive oil, porcini mushroom powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place a spoonful of sautéed spinach in the center of each steak and roll it up.
  3. Secure with toothpicks and grill for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
