- 1 whole bologna chub
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Method: Smoking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 250°F/121°C.
- Score the bologna chub with a knife and coat with mustard.
- Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper, then rub all over.
- Smoke for 3 hours, brushing with barbecue sauce in the last 30 minutes.
- Slice and serve on sandwiches or as a snack.
