Ingredients
- 2 ahi tuna steaks
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
Method: Direct searing
- Set the EGG for direct cooking at 500°F/260°C.
- Rub tuna with sesame oil and soy sauce.
- Coat with black pepper and sesame seeds.
- Sear for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Slice thinly and serve.
