Seared Ahi Tuna

Ingredients

  • 2 ahi tuna steaks
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

Method: Direct searing

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 500°F/260°C.
  2. Rub tuna with sesame oil and soy sauce.
  3. Coat with black pepper and sesame seeds.
  4. Sear for 1-2 minutes per side.
  5. Slice thinly and serve.
