Ingredients
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
Instructions
Method: Indirect baking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/191°C.
- Mix yeast, warm water, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, olive oil, and rosemary, kneading into a dough.
- Let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide dough into rolls and place in a baking pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
