Rosemary Yeast Rolls

Ingredients

  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

Instructions

Method: Indirect baking

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/191°C.
  2. Mix yeast, warm water, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add flour, salt, olive oil, and rosemary, kneading into a dough.
  4. Let rise for 1 hour.
  5. Divide dough into rolls and place in a baking pan.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
