Ingredients
- 1 batch pizza dough
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
Method: Indirect baking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/191°C.
- Divide dough into small balls and place in a greased baking dish.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary, sea salt, and Parmesan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter and serve warm.
