Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 batch pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

Method: Indirect baking

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/191°C.
  2. Divide dough into small balls and place in a greased baking dish.
  3. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary, sea salt, and Parmesan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Brush with melted butter and serve warm.
